Anne Galinsky

Anne’s enthusiastic and highly interactive facilitation style enables her to engage audiences of all levels and motivate them to make true behavioral change. Her philosophy is to understand client’s businesses, their individual challenges, and incorporate real world experiences to customize each program.

Anne gravitated towards learning and development after spending 15 years as a highly regarded sales leader and executive. Recognizing that her most gratifying moments lie in training, she has spent the last 20 years working with populations of all generations from new hires to CEOs. She is highly successful at assessing the skill level of senior management and then formulates programs that further develop those skills, thus empowering executives to reach their full potential.

Anne earned a BS in Marketing at Fairfield University. In her free time, she competes on a Women’s USTA tennis team, enjoys all paddle sports, and cycling. Dedicated to giving back- she volunteers with Dress for Success, Meals on Wheels, and American Red Cross Blood Drive.
